The Social Administration is tasked with meeting people of all ages and life situations, whether it involves care and support or assistance and services. We are there around the clock, supporting daily life for children and families, the elderly, people with disabilities, and those in need of home care. Due to its geographical location along the main railway line, Älmhult Municipality has very good commuting opportunities across county borders. With direct trains, it takes 35 minutes to Växjö and less than one and a half hours to Malmö.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Social Administration is now looking for an engaged and goal-oriented business developer! We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving quality, efficiency, and goal fulfillment in our operations.
In the role of business developer, you will have a central position in the development work within the Social Administration. You will collaborate across the entire administration, both closely with operations and in strategic projects.
As a business developer, you will, among other things:
- analyze operational data and key figures, both in terms of quality and economy
- lead changes in work methods and processes and assist with decision-making materials, investigations, and reports
- drive development and change work based on assignments from the management
- follow up on goals and results to ensure that efforts yield the desired outcomes
- conduct training initiatives and strengthen the competence of workgroups based on operational needs
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- You have a relevant higher education, for example in social services, health and medical care, social sciences, economics, or a similar field
- Experience in business development, analytical work, or project management is an advantage
- You are accustomed to working with digital tools and have a genuine interest in innovation.
- You are analytical, structured, and capable of creating engagement in your surroundings
- You can easily identify and analyze problems, propose solutions, and see connections and draw logical conclusions even with complex information
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- You collaborate well with others, are independent, and work in a structured manner
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, has good collaboration skills, and a clear structured approach to work.
A driving license (B) is a requirement.

Interviews are scheduled for January 14 and 16 in the mornings.
